OUR TEAM

Dr. Lim is a graduate and past faculty member of the Harvard School of Dental Medicine. While at Harvard she received a fellowship from the American Association of Dental Research for her research in the area of bone resorption and formation. In recognition of her achievements she was awarded best thesis from the Harvard Odontological Society and graduated Magna Cum Laude. Dr. Lim has since practiced professionally in the Boston area including the Harvard Faculty Practice, the Cambridge Hospital, and several private practices.
Dr. Lim received her M.A. in Linguistics and B.A. in German Literature and Language in Seoul, Korea. Dr. Lim is a third generation dentist, following the tradition of her father and grandfather. Her grandfather was one of the first licensed dentists in Korea.
Dr. Lim is a member of the American Dental Association, the Women’s Dental Association, and the Massachusetts Dental Society.

General & Cosmetic Dentist

Dr. Mara graduated Summa Cum Laude from the Boston University Henry M. Goldman School of Dental Medicine. After graduation he completed a certificate in Advanced Education in General Dentistry, receiving additional training in all aspects of general and esthetic dentistry. Currently, Dr. Mara works as a faculty member where he conducts research and teaches dental students in both the clinic and the classroom.

While in dental school, Dr. Mara was inducted into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon National Dental Honor Society and was the recipient of multiple awards including the American College of Dentists Student Leader Award, the Remo Sinabaldi Award for excellence in fixed and removable prosthetics, and the International College of Dentists Humanitarian Award.

Dr. Mara received his B.S. in biology from Boston College where he studied abroad for a semester in Quito, Ecuador. Following his graduation from college, Dr. Mara spent two years in the Mississippi Delta as a Teach for America Corps member before pursing dentistry.

Dr. Mara is a member of the American Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry, the Massachusetts Dental Society, and the American Dental Education Association.

Dr. Raymond Dempsey practices periodontics and implant dentistry at our office. Dr. Dempsey earned his Bachelor’s degree in biology from Trinity College in Connecticut and received his doctorate in dental medicine from Tufts University. Dr. David Gilo is a graduate of Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. He completed his oral surgeon fellowship at Boston City Hospital and the New England Medical Center. Dr. Dorna is a graduate from New York University College of Dentistry. After graduation, she completed two years of general practice residency at Yale-New Haven Hospital and was the chief resident of the program during her second year.
Dr. Dorna is currently pursuing a specialty in pediatric dentistry at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine.
Dr. Dorna received her B.S. in psychology from the University of Texas at Austin and is a second generation dentist, following her mother.
Dr. Dorna is a member of the American Dental Association and the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry.
